At the heart of our brewery is a cutting-edge 3-vessel, 7-barrel (217-gallon) electric system, installed in 2013 and crafted through a collaboration between Brewmation (New York) and Stout Tanks (Oregon). Every detail—from the mash tun to the brew kettle—is precision-controlled through an advanced touchscreen system, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch.

Our taproom is a haven for beer lovers, featuring 13 rotating styles on tap alongside growlers and limited-release cans and bottles to-go. You’ll always find our signature favorites, like the legendary Hans’ Golden Triple, the bold Staggering Bull Imperial Nut Brown Ale, and the one-of-a-kind Swingin’ Berries Double Cream Stout Blackberry Merlot.

Beyond the staples, we keep things fresh with an ever-changing lineup of brews—light and crisp, dark and robust, malty or hop-forward—crafted to surprise and delight throughout the year.

Where do you get your ingredients?

We source our grains from throughout the United States, primarily from the Midwest and Michigan. Our hops come from Michigan and the Pacific Northwest.

Where do you sell your beer?

We are a very on-premise focused operation for all of our products. The vast majority of our beer is sold in our taproom. We do have a few local restaurants that sell our beer on occasion.

How long does it take to make the beer.

Our brew days can take anywhere from 6 to 7 hours to make the wort that goes into our fermenters. Once in the fermenter, depending on the style of beer that we are making, we have complete fermentation anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks. At that point, the beer is transferred into our brite tank for chilling and conditioning (CO2 is added) for another 3-4 days. The final step is to keg the beer and transfer it into our keg cooler behind the taproom bar.
